Cancellation/No Show Policy
The
time and date you select is especially reserved for you. If
for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please
give at least 24 hours notice.
Client Intake
Form
The client
intake form must be signed and completed before any treatment takes
place.
Ethics
Therapeutic massage
is strictly non-sexual. Should the client exhibit any
inappropriate behavior, the therapist will terminate the massage
immediately and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full.
Feedback Policy
Feedback
during and after the treatment is encouraged. In order to get
the best possible benefit from treatment, open communication
is essential.
Referrals
We
take great pride in our service and your endorsements are extremely
important to us. We would like to thank you in a BIG way! For every new
client you send us that comes in for a facial, hour massage, or body
scrub, Soothing Touch Massage will give you a $10 credit towards your
next service. Yes, $10. For every new client you send our
way, that's how much we value your
recommendation. So make sure they write YOUR name down when they fill
out their intake form.
Payment Policy
Payment is due
upon completion of the session unless treatment sessions have been
previously purchased .e.g. gift certificate
Cash, checks,
Visa, MasterCard are accepted methods of payment.
A fee
of $30 will be charged for returned checks.
Tardiness Policy
We recommend that you arrive 15
minutes before your appointed time to allow introductions,
consultation, and to complete your client intake form. When
arriving for the first time, make sure to allow for time to find the
exact location. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, the
remaining time of your session will be honored. If the
schedule permits some accommodation may be
possible.
